After successfully forging their own psych Latinx troupe, Valley Wolf return with a followup single to their debut self-titled EP. The self-proclaimed “four young vatos from Modesto,” have stayed busy playing shows with members of Chicano Batman, Rudy De Anda, Brainstory, and Marinero writing songs, rehearsing, and recording in the studio.
They’re currently putting the finishing touches on their first full-length and produced a video for the brand new song, “Corazón” along with a limited 45rpm release available for pre-order Friday, 10/5.
Check out the full video here
Recorded, mixed, and produced by Eduardo Arenas from Chicano Batman, “Corazón” is a dreamy pulsating huapango crafted by the band, evoking feelings of a love that could be. The video depicts its own story of two young lovers too shy to make the first move, but eventually meet and enjoy an unforgettable California night of music and excitement. Directed, filmed, and edited by Javier Fonseca (Blesstress) who produced the perfect color palette and editing for the song’s tropical, psychedelic mood.
Following the video drop, VW + NTTG will be launching the pre-order for the limited “Corazon” b/w “Ovni” 7” on Bandcamp on 10/2/2020!
Only 300 copies pressed (200 black / 100 red) with artwork & we’ll have 50 of each color available for pre-order.
